With nearly twenty years of cultivation experience, Chen Qiuying diligently studies coffee knowledge and focuses on field management. She believes that only through good quality control can great coffee be produced. While walking through the coffee trees with Qiuying, you’ll see her hands never stop as she continuously tends to the farm—pruning branches and carefully fertilizing are important parts of her routine.

Qiuying also serves as the coordinator for the mountain coffee farms. Whenever a cupping session is held, she organizes everyone’s coffee beans for tasting. It is through frequent and thorough cupping that good coffee flavor and quality are achieved. This dedication ensures everyone can enjoy the finest Alishan coffee.
