Qingye Coffee Estate, after enduring countless hardships following the devastating Typhoon Morakot (Typhoon 88), remains committed to perfecting their coffee. They are willing to continuously try new methods and make changes as long as it improves coffee quality. Beyond carefully nurturing their own coffee plantations, they also support farmers by assisting with optimized planting through contract farming, providing practical help and care for the coffee growers.

Situated at 1,100 meters in the Ruili Scenic Area, known as the birthplace of Taiwan’s high mountain tea, Qingye Estate benefits from a strong foundation in producing high mountain tea. Upon first encountering coffee, Yeh Shiyuan quickly fell in love with its rich and pure aroma, gaining a deeper understanding than most. This expertise extends to fermentation and evaluation processes. In 2020, during their first participation in the Alishan Elite Coffee Exchange Competition, they won awards in all three processing methods entered, and in 2021, they received the top prize in the washed coffee category.
