“SECRET” is a signature coffee blend crafted with sweetness at its core.

Carefully selected Alishan coffee beans from Taiwan are blended using three processing methods — washed, natural, and honey process — then roasted with a medium profile and extended development time to fully unlock their natural sweetness.

The first impression on the palate is concentrated, ripe fruit sweetness.
A Kyoho grape-like sweetness appears immediately, spreading across the palate with a rich and rounded texture. The sweetness feels almost overwhelming, while the cup remains exceptionally clean.

As the temperature cools, the flavor profile gradually unfolds.
Notes of almond and silky milk chocolate begin to emerge, creating a softer and fuller body with remarkable smoothness and balance.

The finish is carried by the deep sweetness of honey dates, extending the lingering aftertaste and allowing the coffee to fade slowly and gracefully rather than disappearing abruptly.
