“IDEAL” is Reshock Coffee’s signature house blend, crafted from carefully selected specialty coffee beans grown in Alishan, Taiwan. By combining three different processing methods—washed, natural, and honey—we bring together the pure character of high-mountain coffee with its naturally smooth sweetness in a single cup.

These three processing methods intertwine to create a warm and full-bodied flavor profile. The first sip reveals soft notes of hazelnut and maple syrup, followed by nutty tones of almond and pistachio, while the finish carries a delicate fruit sweetness reminiscent of blackberry.

The washed process preserves the coffee’s clean and refreshing character, delivering elegant hazelnut and maple aromas. The natural process enhances the coffee’s fruitiness and sweetness, allowing almond and nutty notes to develop with greater depth. The honey process adds a rounded sweetness and a gentle blackberry-like fruit finish, bringing harmony and balance to the overall flavor.
